Delivery Information

We provide two types of delivery.

∗ Normal Delivery - "eParcel of australia Post" Regular Parcel Delivery Service.
∗ Express Delivery - "eParcel of australia Post" Express Post Parcel Delivery (Australia only). If you want to receive items the soonest possible, and the additional charge is available AU $5.00 per item.

1. Should postal address be provided with incorrect or inadequate information resulting in non-delivery, customers will be charged the additional postal charges so incurred.

2. Please refuse the parcel if it is damaged in transit (i.e. Not to sign on delivery receipt) and notify us for the refusal of damage parcel, otherwise, we are not responsible for the damaged item.

3. Normally, the eParcel of australia Post takes 2 to 10 business days to deliver parcel to our customers, depending on the destination. In case that you do not receive your parcel within the aforesaid time span, the parcel might have lost. Then you should inform us as soon as possible so that we could lodge a complaint of lost parcel to the eParcel of australia Post. We will re-send your order after eParcel of australia Post has completed the investigation of the lost parcel, which would take about 3 to 4 weeks from the day of complaint.

Our Delivery and Service Charges listed on the website only cover Australia. Any question, pls email to us via order@ibuynow.com.au

Returns

It is our goal to provide our customer 100% satisfaction. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with our product, return the product(s) to us within 15 days and we will refund the full product price (no shipping cost will be refunded unless it is proved that the return is a result of our error).
