Bank Transfer
We would like those customers who prefer to pay through Bank. Please submit one order through our online shopping cart first, and write down your family name and your order number in the description of Bank Transfer.

1. When pay by cheque or money order, please write your e-mail address, order number at the back of the cheque or money order. Please allow 5 working days for cheque to clear before we can ship your orders.

2. When pay by direct bank deposit, make sure you make a reference of the order number with your deposit. Please also send us a e-mail after your bank deposit with your order number and the amount you deposited. It will help us to speed up shipment of your orders.

Note: For purchase amounting to AUD700 or more, we only accept payment through PayPal, Bank Transfer, Cheque and Money Order. If the purchase amount exceeds AUD1200, we only accept payment through Bank Transfer, Cheque or Money Order.

Refund

After we issue a refund authorization to the bank, credit will appear on the customer's statement within one to two billing cycles, depending on the time required for the card issuing bank to process such transaction. Credit will be issued for part cost and tax less any re-stocking fees (where applicable). Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded in all cases. Refunds will be made with the same method of payment as the original order. Credit card refunds will only be made to the same card used for the original purchase.
