Warranty Policy

We warrant that the products sold in our website are 100% brand new and free from defects in material and workmanship. Our detailed warrant policy is as follows:

1. Unless otherwise specified, we warrant our products for 1 year from the date of original purchase under normal and non-commercial use. Replacement items, if issued, do not restart or in any way extend the warranty period.
   
   
2. All items if returned for whatever reasons must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, which is to be issued upon request through info@ibuynow.com.au. Items returned without RMA# will delay the process or be ignored.
   
   
3. In returning items to us, C.O.D. on shipments will not be accepted.
   
   
4. If you are not satisfied with our product(s), please contact us through info@ibuynow.com.au to obtain a RMA Number within fifteen (15) days of purchase. And products must be returned 100% complete, including all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. We reserve the right to charge a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee for NON-DEFECTIVE returns.
   
   
5. For battery packs or battery related products, warranty becomes void if the battery pack has been improperly charged, installed or misused in any way, or if the label and/or bar code label has been removed or tampered with.
   
6. Returns due to our error:
   • Customers are strongly recommended to keep the original postal package for 90 days from the purchase otherwise we do not responsible for the return postage for any reason.
     
     
   • If products are returned to us within 30 days from the purchase day, we will bear all the shipping charges for exchange; and if justified, refund will be made in full. However, products so returned must be 100% complete. If items are returned by express delivery or courier, refund will only cover up to au$10.00.
     
     
   • After thirty (30) days and up to ninety (90) days of purchase, we will refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) or replace any defective product(s). Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping charges and we bear the re-sending charges.
     
     
   • After ninety (90) days and up to one (1) year of purchase, refund request will not be accepted unless a replacement is not available. Customers are responsible for paying all the shipping charges (including the return and resending ones).
     
     
   • Replacement products or refund will be arranged for all fault products returned, subject to technical test results that justify Customers' complaint.
     
     
7. Please ensure that returned items are the one that you purchased from us. We are not responsible for any items sent to us that are not our product.

Warranty and Return Policy for Clearance Promotional Items

1. Three months free of charge warranty is provided for promotional items from the date of original purchase under normal and non-commercial use. Replacement items, if issued, do not restart or in any way extend the warranty period.

We continually update and revised the products that it sells through this site. General ordering policy

Your receipt of an order confirmation from us does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order confirmation to accept or decline your order for any reason. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to the credit card used in the order for the amount charged. Certain orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our billing department. Payment methods

We accept Visa and MasterCard through our secure payment gateway and American Express and Discover from PayPal. We also accept money order, cashier checks, company checks and personal checks. Please make all checks payable to "Power Express Inc.". For personal and company checks, please allow up to ten (10) bank working days after receipt for clearance of funds before your order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25.00 fee on all returned checks.

Credit terms are not available.

Refund Policy

After we issue a refund authorization to the bank, credit will appear on the customer s statement within one to two billing cycles, depends on the time taken to process by the card issuing banks. Credit will be issued for part cost, tax, and shipping less any re-stocking fees (where applicable). Shipping may not be refunded in all cases. Refunds will be made with the same method of payment as the original order. Credit card refunds will only be made to the same card used for the original purchase.

Shipping Policy

Shipping will be based on UPS ground unless otherwise stated.

Return shipping charges Policy

We will arrange UPS to pick up the RMA merchandise from the customer. We will charge the UPS shipping charge from the customers credit card if the customer causes the mistake.

Cross shipments

Cross shipments (exchanges shipped prior to original being returned) must be secured by credit card. Any such charge will remain on the Customer's credit card until we received the returned merchandise. A refund for the charged amount will be credited within 30 days of the date we received the returned merchandise.

Errors and mistakes handling policy

While we strive to provide error-free sites, we cannot guarantee that all content is 100% accurate and/or complete, including price, product information, product specifications and product compatibility. As such, we reserve the right to correct price errors as they are discovered, revoke any stated offer and otherwise correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.
